Care4health is recruiting a team of Occupational Therapists for a new Enablement Service in the Hertfordshire area.
You will need to have generic assessment experience and be familiar with making recommendations for adaptations in the homes of service users.
You will have the knowledge and experience to promote and support a strength-based approach to therapy interventions, whilst encouraging service users to relearn and regain skills and abilities to maximise their independence, health, and well-being.
You will be a confident Occupational Therapist who is enabling service users to live independently in the community.
Smart working is encouraged with the benefit of a laptop and phone provided so you have the flexibility to work from home. A car driver with access to their own vehicle is essential for this role.
