Care4Health is supporting a client in the Berkshire area by recruiting several experienced Occupational Therapists.
You will be working within a Hospital Social Work team triaging discharge referrals from the hospital, you will be required both in the hospital and the community so you will need to be flexible.
The roles are full-time with hybrid working arrangements in place, funding for these roles has been secured so the client is looking for an immediate start where possible and for the roles to run until at least the end of March 2025.
