We're looking for an OT with reablement experience for a 3 month locum role with a Council in the South West.
You'll be working with citizens to promote their well-being and help them to achieve greater independence as well as minimising their long-term care needs. To do this you'll be conducting strength-based assessments in their homes and working with their families and carers to design creative reablement plans that help them to achieve their care goals.
You'll need access to a car as you'll be conducting home visits which won't always be possible using public transport. It's a well paid role (£33 per hour).
