I first came across Care4Health Ltd ten years ago when deciding to undertake some locum work. A close friend recommended me to this agency. At the time I did not meet any one from the team but the professional whilst friendly service was second to none, Celinda and her team took time to identify what was of value to me.
I strive to establish a balanced home/work life and recognising this was what led me to work with Care4Health Ltd. A suitable position was located with only a fifteen-minute drive from home.
I then moved from the Midlands down South and worked for the NHS for 10 years. I recently re-located back up to the Midlands and Celinda just happened to call to see if I was interested in Locum work. I was already going through the registration with another locum agency but the call from Celinda reminded me that I had had a very worthwhile experience with them the first time round.
This time I have had the opportunity to meet Celinda and some of her team. Celinda has the gift of retaining a balance between professional and friendly and once again I decided this was the agency I wanted to work for. I was a little more apprehensive as we were in a recession; however once again Celinda (through hard work and negotiating) found me a suitable post only this time its ten mins drive from home. I may sound like a sales person here but I only work with or for people that treat me the way I treat others. Payment is always on time and Celinda and her team review things regularly. I would strongly recommend working for Care4Health Ltd.
