I am writing to thank and commend you for the informative and enjoyable training day held last Friday where we covered Moving and Handling, and Basic Life Support. I found the course content, presentation and hands-on approach held my attention from 9 - 5 and I am grateful to be able to log it in to my memory bank! I was never confident with using a ‘Slippery Sheet’ (aka ‘Slippery Sam’ in NZ!!) but will have no doubts how to work it now.
